Do you service properties in the Tweed Valley hinterland around Murwillumbah?

Yes — we service Murwillumbah and the surrounding Tweed Valley, including Uki, Tyalgum, Kunghur, and Stokers Siding. Rural and acreage properties are a regular part of our work in this area, including on-site wastewater systems and rainwater tank plumbing.

My property near Murwillumbah was flood-affected — what should I check?

After flooding, we recommend checking: drain integrity (CCTV inspection for debris and damage from flood water), hot water system condition (flood water can damage elements, tanks, and gas components), flexible hoses under sinks and behind toilets (these are a common failure point after flooding), and on-site wastewater systems (septic tanks and AWTS can be damaged or contaminated by flood water). We can provide a written inspection report for insurance purposes.

Can you service and certify on-site wastewater systems near Murwillumbah?

Yes — on-site wastewater is a significant part of our work in the Tweed Valley. We service, repair, and install septic tanks, aerated wastewater treatment systems (AWTS), and pump-out systems. We can provide inspection and compliance reports for council requirements and property sales.

How quickly can you respond to a plumbing emergency in Murwillumbah?

For genuine emergencies in Murwillumbah — burst pipes, gas leaks, sewage overflow — we aim to be on-site within 90 minutes. Our 24/7 emergency line is answered by a real person, not an answering machine or call centre.
